Universal Ballet's General Director, Julia H. Moon, received the recipient of the 2012 International Citation of Merit at the Seoul 2012 ISPA Congress on June 14, at the Millennium hiton Hotel.
She was considered responsible for popularizing Korea Ballet and to created world-class.
